  1. Roll Call The meeting was called to order at 9:30 am by Member: John Marenzana, Member; and Belmiro Bala, Member; Candida Silva, Deputy City Clerk and Alberto DeBugo, City Clerk. A quorum was established

  2. Pledge of Allegiance Member, John Marenzana led the board in the pledge of allegiance

  3. The board will meet to hold a lottery to determine the council at large candidates' placement on General Election on November 3, 2026. Board members, John Marenzana and Belmiro Bala did a lottery and the first name that was chosen was Alberto Rivas and second was Tatiana Baena. A motion was made by Member, John Marenzana and seconded by Belmiro Bala. Motion passed 2/o.

  4. The board will meet to approve the November 3, 2026 city wide ballots and the council at large candidate's lottery placement. A motion was made by Member, John Marenzana and seconded by Belmiro Bala. Motion passed 2/o.
